(2021 - 2023)

These are old photos I took around 2021–2023, during the early years when I first started learning photography. I once thought they were “bad” photos—not technical enough, not professional enough. I hid them away and forgot about them.

But recently, I came across them again by accident. Those “innocent” photos from back then unexpectedly hit me with a strong emotional weight, especially at a time when I’ve been feeling dull and disconnected from taking pictures.

So I decided to gather these old photos—taken during the period when I had returned to my hometown during the Covid pandemic. I realized how much had changed during that time. My beloved little dog passed away, and my mother was left with a permanent scar on her head. We all went through loss and pain, yet experiencing those moments was something deeply precious.
